Language of angles, curve, shapes

“Angles, curves, shapes: the language of architecture is the language of art.”

This quote by Zaha Hadid apply so well to typography and just prove again the connection between the two fields in a sense like architecture, typography plays two roles at the same time. We need houses to live on, and theses houses can be beautiful in a sense they answer very well to the function for which they have been built. Letters have similar double function. Typography makes things readable and beautiful too. A good typeface is a typeface who perform well for the function it was created for. And its our job, as typeface designer to make them beautiful.
